Getting help
Updated Sep 18, 2026
Search the docs first
Most answers are already written down. Use the search on the docs site, or browse by section in the left-hand nav.
Ask support
The Support page has a live chat that answers from these same docs - it's a good first stop for a quick question. If it can't help, use the contact form on the same page and we'll reply by email.
Check status
If something looks broken, check /status before reporting it - it lists what we monitor and whether anything is currently affected. If you run a team, your own team's components (model providers, MCP servers, schedules, storage) have their own status page you can turn on from Settings > Team.
What to include when you write in
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Whether it's happening every time or only sometimes.
- A screenshot, if there's something visual to show.
We don't need your password, API keys, or anything else sensitive - never include those in a support message.
