Reach and trust

Updated Sep 15, 2026

Once a site is live, this add-on set helps it earn trust with search engines and with real customers: more languages, reviews, richer search results, real-visitor speed data, and a business inbox.

Multiple languages

Tell your site's design "locales: default English, also Spanish and French" (or ask the assistant to add a language) and every page gets a full translation published under /es/…, /fr/… and so on, alongside your original pages. Search engines are told about every language variant automatically, and a small language switcher appears on every page. Publishing again after an edit only re-translates the text that actually changed - everything else is reused.

If a machine translation isn't quite right, replace it yourself; a hand edit always wins over the automatic one and is never overwritten by a later publish.

Reviews

After someone books an appointment through your site, they automatically get a short email asking for a review. You can also send that request to anyone yourself from Settings › Sites. A submitted review sits in a queue for you to approve, reject, or reply to before it ever appears publicly - nothing goes live without your say-so.

Add a testimonials section set to show reviews, and your approved reviews appear there automatically, along with the information search engines use to show a star rating in search results. If you've connected your Business Profile, your Google reviews are pulled in too.

Richer search results

Your site's business details - address, hours, location, services, frequently asked questions, and your page structure - are used to build the structured data search engines read to power things like a business card in search results, expandable FAQ answers, and breadcrumb trails. This happens automatically from what's already in your site's design; fill in your address and hours once and every page benefits. The site audit checks this coverage and flags anything that's missing a required detail.

Real-visitor page speed

Beyond the audit's lab test, your site now reports how fast pages actually load for real visitors - loading speed, visual stability, and responsiveness. You can compare that real-world number against the audit's lab score for the same page. If a page's real-world loading speed stays slow for a couple of days running, you'll get an incident the same way you would for an error.

Business inbox

Every site gets its own email address customers can write to directly. Messages show up as conversations in Settings › Sites, where you can read and reply - replies are sent as a real email back to the customer. If your business has a customer-service assistant turned on, it can read and answer routine messages for you, escalating anything sensitive to you first.
