Teams: real-time collaboration
Teams and Enterprise plans can work on the same note together, see who else from the team is online, and share a live view of a window with the rest of the team.
Sharing a note
Open any note and choose Share in its toolbar. Every teammate who opens the same note afterward is editing the same live document - your changes and theirs merge automatically, even if you were both typing at once or one of you was offline for a moment. A small stack of colored initials above the note shows who else currently has it open.
Choose Shared (in the same spot) to stop sharing - the note goes back to being private to you, and nobody else's future edits reach it.
Nothing is lost if two people edit at the same time, and nothing is lost if you go offline mid-edit and reconnect later - your changes are kept and merged in once you're back online.
Who's online
If your account belongs to a team, a small row of colored initials appears in the command strip showing who from your team is currently using the product. It updates automatically as people come and go.
Presenting a window
Any open window can be presented to your team, read-only. Look for the presentation icon in a window's title bar; turning it on starts streaming that window's contents to your team a few times a second. Turning it off stops the stream.
While presenting, open the window's own address to get a link you can send to a teammate - anyone on your team who opens it sees exactly what's on your screen in that window, updating live, without needing the product open themselves. They can only watch; nothing they do there reaches back to you.
