What we watch

Every part of the product that you touch - the app itself, the sites you publish, the connected accounts you use - is watched automatically. When something breaks, we usually know before you tell us: a crash in the app reports itself, and a spike in errors is grouped and surfaced to the team the same day, so a real bug gets fixed rather than lost in a pile of one-off reports.

Check the status page

The public status page shows whether the app, the API, the hosting edge that serves published sites, and connected accounts are currently healthy, along with an uptime percentage over the last two days and a short history of recent incidents. It updates automatically every few minutes and needs no sign-in to view.

How the OS stays current

An open tab checks in with the server once a minute - one small request that carries back everything that changed since the last one: background runs that finished, cloud storage that needs syncing, who else on your team is online, new rows on a published site's data, and any insight worth showing you. When nothing has changed, the answer is empty and costs almost nothing. Alongside it, a single live connection pushes the things that shouldn't wait a minute, so a row someone edits on your site or a file a colleague drops in a connected folder shows up in a second or two.

A tab you aren't looking at stops entirely: no check-in, no live connection, no work in the background. That keeps a forgotten tab from draining your battery or your plan's allowances, and it's why you drop off your team's "online" list shortly after switching away. The moment you come back to the tab, it catches up immediately - you never wait out a timer.

If something crashes

If a page or app crashes while you're using it, you'll see a plain error screen with a way to reload - your data is never lost, since everything lives in your own storage or your Google Drive. The crash itself is reported automatically so it can be fixed; you don't need to file anything unless you want to add details we wouldn't otherwise have, like what you were doing right before it happened.
