Terms of service
Effective September 15, 2026.

The service

NextOS is provided by Kumin Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”). It is a browser-based operating system, hosting platform and agent runtime. By using it you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You’re responsible for the activity on your account, including anything an agent you configure does on your behalf. Keep your sign-in credentials and any API keys you store secure.

Plans and billing

  • Free has no time limit. Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Teams, Enterprise) bill monthly or annually through Square - see /pricing for current rates.
  • Plus and Pro include a 14-day trial; canceling before it ends avoids any charge.
  • You can cancel any time from Settings > Billing; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Metered usage (hosted AI calls, gateway requests beyond your included allowance, sandbox CPU, proxy bandwidth) is billed at the rates shown in-product before you incur it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use NextOS to violate the law, abuse another person, attempt to breach this service’s security, or run an agent whose purpose is to circumvent a model provider’s own usage policy. We may suspend an account that does.

Your content

You own what you create in NextOS - your files, your published sites, your agent configurations. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and serve it back to you (and, for a published site, to the site’s visitors). See our privacy policy for exactly what we store and why.

Third-party services and model providers

When you connect a storage provider or a model provider (your own API key, or our hosted relay), that provider’s own terms also apply to that traffic. We are not responsible for a third-party provider’s availability, pricing changes, or output.

Disclaimer of warranty; limitation of liability

NextOS is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kumin Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using NextOS, and delete your account, at any time (Settings > Privacy). We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we’ll update the effective date above and, for signed-in accounts, note it in-app.
