Give your clients their own portal

Updated Sep 15, 2026

If you run sites for other businesses, each one you group under a client (Settings › Team › "Clients & white label") can get its own branded portal - a page they sign into with just their email, no account or password required.

What a client sees

  • Their sites. Status (live or not), uptime, a site health score, and how many people visited recently, plus a link to view the live site.
  • Approvals. Anything you've asked them to sign off on shows up here with one-tap Approve / Reject.
  • Invoices, once billing is turned on for their account - a link straight to a payable invoice.
  • A monthly report - a plain read-out of how their sites did that month.
  • Messages - a simple back-and-forth thread with you, right there in the portal.

Nothing on the page mentions this platform by name. It shows YOUR name and logo (set under "White label" in the same Settings card), so a client never sees anything but your own brand.

Inviting a client

  1. Open Settings › Team and find the client under "Clients & white label".
  2. Click Portal, then enter the email address you want to give access to and click Invite to portal.
  3. Share the portal link shown there (or copy it with one click) - that's the address they'll bookmark.

Portal guests need an Enterprise plan on the account that owns the team - it's the same limit used for time-limited team guests elsewhere in Settings.

Signing in

A client opens the portal link, enters their email, and gets a 6-digit code by email. Entering that code signs them in for 30 days - no password to remember or reset.

Routing an approval to a client

From your side, you can raise a request that appears on a client's "Waiting on you" list - useful for "please confirm this new homepage before we publish it" moments. Their decision (and a note of it) comes back to your team automatically.
