Audit & compliance features

Updated Sep 15, 2026

Every meaningful action on a team - a policy change, an invite, a budget change, a run that was flagged - is recorded in an audit log admins can review, export and (on Enterprise) stream to their own security tooling in real time.

The audit log

Policy changes, membership changes, budget decisions, approvals, and guardrail triggers are all recorded with who did what and when, and are searchable from Settings. Nothing here is inferred after the fact - it's written at the moment the action happens.

Retention & export

You control how long audit history and run history are kept, and can export a compliance snapshot for your own records at any time. Enterprise plans can set custom retention windows beyond the default.

Streaming to your own SIEM

On Enterprise, the audit log can stream to your own security information and event management (SIEM) tool over a signed webhook, so your security team sees NextOS activity in the same place they watch everything else, without waiting for anyone to run an export.

Reviewing shared runs

When a run is shared with the team, any member can comment on it and flag it for review; the run's owner or an admin resolves the review. This gives you a lightweight way to catch a problem in what an agent did without waiting for a formal audit.
