Your data - export and deletion

Updated Sep 18, 2026

Settings > Privacy has two account-level actions, separate from the local backup and browser-data tools on that same page.

Export all my data

This builds a downloadable copy of everything held on your account server-side: your published sites, meeting transcripts and summaries, companies, workflows, your billing plan, and - if you've granted Google Drive access - a copy of your OS filesystem read through that connection.

A few things are worth knowing:

  • It does not include your local OS database (apps, notes, agent memory) or your Settings preferences - those live only in your browser, with no server copy. Use the "Export settings" and "Export all as JSON" buttons elsewhere on the Privacy page for those, from the browser that has them.
  • It runs immediately and gives you a download link right away; the same link is also emailed to you if this deployment sends mail.
  • The link expires after 7 days. You can build a new export any time.
  • A very large account's export may be truncated at a size limit - the file tells you if that happened.

Delete my account

Starting deletion:

  1. Cancels any active subscription right away.
  2. Starts a 14-day grace period. Your account keeps working normally during this time.
  3. After 14 days, your account data is permanently removed.

You can cancel a scheduled deletion at any point before the 14 days are up, from the same card in Settings > Privacy. There's no other way to stop it once it starts except canceling it yourself - signing back in does not cancel it for you.

What we store, and for how long

See our privacy policy for the full list of what's stored, our sub-processors, and your rights. Organizations that need a signed Data Processing Addendum can find one at /dpa.
