Insights & anomaly alerts
Running a site, a team, or a company generates a lot of numbers. Insights turn the ones worth noticing into a short, plain-language note: what changed, why it matters, and what to do about it - instead of a dashboard you have to remember to check.
What gets flagged
- Traffic anomalies - a site's visits running unusually high or low compared to its recent weeks.
- Uptime and open incidents - a site that's been flaky, or has an error under active diagnosis.
- Growth experiment verdicts - a change your company tried was kept, reverted, or came back inconclusive.
- Budget burn rate - a team on track to exceed its monthly spend cap.
- Approvals waiting - something in the team inbox nearing, or past, its response time.
- Store revenue swings - a notable jump or drop in a site's order revenue week over week.
- Newsletter churn - an unusual number of unsubscribes in a week.
Each insight carries a severity - informational, a warning, or critical - and, where there's somewhere useful to go, a link straight to it.
Where you'll see them
- Notifications - open the bell in the strip; an Insights section sits above your ordinary notifications.
- Settings > Sites - each site's card has an Insights panel with anything relevant to that site.
- Company - the single most urgent open insight shows as a banner at the top of the window.
A critical insight also reaches you immediately through your usual notification channel (push and, if you've set one up, email). Everything else is gathered into at most one digest a day, so routine warnings don't interrupt you one at a time.
Dismissing one
Click the X next to an insight (or use "Open" first, if there's somewhere to go) to acknowledge it. It stays visible with its history but drops out of future digests. Insights age out on their own after a couple of months if nothing new happens.
