Finance attaches to a company you run with NextOS (see the Company app) - the same site, the same departments, one more book of record. Draft a quote, send it, and once it's accepted convert it to an invoice with one click. Sending an invoice mints a real payment link on your own connected Square account, and a customer paying it reconciles automatically.
Upload a receipt and Finance extracts the vendor, amount, category and date for you to confirm before it posts to the ledger. Every invoice, payment and expense feeds a real double-entry ledger, so the monthly close report - profit and loss, cash movement, and accounts-receivable aging - is always one click away, and exports to CSV in a shape any accounting tool can import.
