The Browser app is a real, multi tab browser inside the OS: type an address or search, and it loads the actual page in a sandboxed frame, no proxy and no scraping in between.
Some sites deliberately refuse to be framed, and this app treats that honestly - a clear refusal screen instead of a fake blank page - rather than pretending every site can be embedded. It's the browser other apps hand links to, from News stories to Read Later queue items.
